Complaints Procedure

In the event of a complaint please e-mail richard@waspinator.co.uk, or write to Waspinator Ltd, 1 Yewbank Terrace, Ilkley, LS29 9EZ, United Kingdom, stating the full nature of your dissatisfaction and including your contact details.

We will respond to any complaint within 3 working days of receipt and will offer a resolution within 5 working days.

Returns Policy

We will replace any product returned to us due to damage on receipt or defect.

Please advise us by e-mail or by post within 24 hours of receipt in the event of damage or defect.

Returns should be sent by secure post. We will refund the cost of postage with the replacement goods if the return is found to be damaged or defective. See Complaints Procedure above.


All orders will be despatched within two working days of receipt.

Our standard method of delivery is First Class post.


Waspinator will keep an area of around 6mtr radius clear of wasps, but there may well be some activity at the periphery of the zone as wasps fly in, see the Waspinator, and then rapidly fly out again.

It is possible that the odd stupid or short-sighted wasp might not notice it immediately and come further into the zone, but they will go as soon as they notice the Waspinator.

Siting conditions can affect performance, the Waspinator must be reasonably visible from around 6 metres away. If in doubt please contact us.

If there is an existing active nest within the zone you wish to be wasp free, you may need to treat this first, Waspinator will then prevent further nests being built.

As we are dealing with nature, and creatures which can behave abnormally, we cannot offer specific guarantees of performance.
